Restaurants and Food Service
NTC provides the most flexible private brand programs in the food service and fast food industry. We offer towelettes sized from 4"x6" in a 2"x2" packet, to a giant 8"x11" wipe in a 2"x4" packet.
Lens Cleaning Wipes
NTC produces lens-cleaning towelettes for cleaning eyeglasses in the Industrial, Safety, and Retail market segments. Packaging options range from bulk pack cases of 1000, bags of 100, and special dispenser boxes.
Packaging Materials
NTC produces wipes in a number of foil based packaging options. Choose a paper/poly/foil/poly structure for a cost effective, food service grade product. A higher grade, C1S (Coated One Side) paper/poly/foil/poly structure may be used for a higher quality, visually appealing packet. A Polyester based structure should be used for sample packets which may be mailed, or handled a number of times before reaching the consumer. Polyester structures provide a high-end look for your products.
Custom Fluids
Send us your fluid, and we will make some samples for you: We will evaluate its compatibility with different wipe substrates, and recommend any adjustments to be made to turn a standard fluid into a wipe fluid. Or, NTC works with a number of leading fluid formulators and blenders. We can develop a fluid to meet your end product performance characteristics.
Custom Printing
NTC utilizes a number of leading printers in the packaging film industry, which allows us to offer printed pouch materials, from simple 1 color flexographic printing, to complex, 7 color, high end offset and rotogravure printed designs. Call today for samples of our printing work.
