Wipe Substrate
There are a great variety of wipe material choices available. The one that is best for your product will enhance the performance of the fluid and create a superior cleaning solution! Other things to consider are cost, material availability, and order quantity. NTC stocks a variety of wipe substrates from Dupont (Sontara) Kimberly Clark, and Ahlstrom Fibre Composites.

Fluid
Send us your fluid, and we will make some samples for you: We will evaluate its compatibility with different wipe substrates, and recommend any adjustments to be made to turn a standard fluid into a wipe fluid. Or, NTC works with a number of leading fluid formulators and blenders. We can develop a fluid to meet your end product performance characteristics.

Package Compatibility, Challenge and Stability Testing
NTC recommends you test your products with packaging material and biological challenge and preservative effectiveness testing on newly developed products, and will assist you in this process.
